Dr. Jeremiah Sullivan graduated with honors from Clarke University with a Bachelors degree in Biology and Doctorate in Physical Therapy.  “I have always enjoyed science, fitness, anatomy, and movement which is what led me to pursue a career in Physical Therapy. Dr. Sullivan joined the Advanced Medical of Florida team in August of 2015.  Previously he had spent 24 weeks of his clinical affiliations at three different out-patient orthopedic practices where he received advanced training in spinal and extremity disorders along with post-operative and preventative rehabilitation. In addition, he completed 12 weeks in an inpatient hospital setting and in skilled nursing, which provided him with a well-rounded scope of physical therapy and medical background. “My goal at Advanced Medical of Florida is to provide the highest quality of care in a compassionate and caring environment.  The patient is always my top priority and I strive to make sure that each one of my patients leaves feeling 110% better that when they first started.”

I grew up in East Dubuque, Illinois which is a small town of 2500 located on the Mississippi in the far northwest corner of Illinois.   I am the youngest of three siblings who have all now received doctorates in their chosen fields.  Outside of my professional care, I enjoy anything that involves the beach and water, watching the Fighting Irish of Notre Dame, exercising, fishing, hunting, golf, and spending quality time with family, friends, and my fiancé. I am so excited to be a part of this team here at Advanced Medical of Florida because we are all dedicated to providing the highest quality of care using a collaborative approach in order to meet the individual needs of the patient and help them achieve their goals.
