When I started, my left foot was totally numb and my right foot felt 50% numb. After completing my treatment, the numbness in both of my feet has gotten better with my left foot only feeling 50% numb and right foot 10%. I am now able to walk a lot more. I am thankful for a lot of things and a big one is for my life back. I came to Dr. Brett Reuter at Advanced Medical of Florida due to a car accident that left me with 7 herniated discs and 2 bulging discs in my neck. The treatment I received here was exceptional! The staff was very professional but very friendly at the same time. I was ready to get epidural injections for bulging and herniated discs, in my back, but was denied by my insurance company. The next step was physical therapy. My reason for writing is to tell you that it has been a year since I completed the program with you to stimulate the nerves in my toes. Some of the people who attended the seminar with me thought it may not work but I can't say that unless I really know it is true. I called my daughter and told her I believed in your program. I stayed on your nutritional counselling and lost 30 pounds, in 3 months, and was thrilled. I visited your office 3x/week while undergoing therapy and I am very happy to say that I can walk without my walker or my cane. I completed the therapies in Novemeber, 2014. The following Tuesday I flew to my daughter's home in North Carolina, for Thanksgiving. I entered her kitchen and a strange feeling came over me - I felt I could walk without my walker!! I parked it in her bedroom and went into the kitchen where she was and she watched me walk around the large counter. My daughter looked at me and said: "Mom, if I didn't see this with my own eyes, I would never believe it. I am so glad you did what you wanted to do and you didn't listen to anyone but the doctors".

Dr. Sullivan is very calm, patient, and if you aren't feeling good he will do all the exercises with you to make you feel comfortable. He will push you and make you work, which is great because it really helped me improve and makes you feel great afterwards. For my balance, Dr. Sullivan would make me walk, without my walker, but he would put a walking belt on me that he would hold the entire time, making me feel very comfortable while challenging me in order to improve. Dr. Sullivan is very nice, always smiling and positive. He is very good. The entire staff was very friendly!
